Andrew Fisher (Chairman of the Board)
Andrew heads up the consulting team at WPI drawing on his many years of experience in leading strategic change within organisations. Over the past 10 years he has provided advice to businesses of all shapes and sizes, from small privately owned companies through to publicly listed organisations. Andrew believes that a company’s success can be traced back to its culture. He focuses most of his time on cultural change, strategic change and exit strategies for "owner" dependant organisations. He also provides one-on-one mentoring for owners and senior executives (CEO, M.D.) as well as steering and facilitating change at Board of Director level.
Russell Foxe (Vice Chairman)
Russell brings to the Board over 25 years of practical business management experience gained from running his own company in the manufacturing / importing / wholesale distribution sector. He is also actively involved with the governance of other organisations being the Chairman of The Kogarah Storehouse, which is a public benevolent institution reaching the needy in the St George area. He is a board member with Youth for Christ (YFC) on both the National and Sydney boards and Chairman of MLC School Council at Burwood. Russell’s passion is to see the God given potential of people unleashed within them, so they become the extraordinary person God planned them to be. He has a wonderful wife and four grown up children.
Theny Johnston (Treasurer)
Theny is a qualified accountant with more than ten years experience in business services and income tax. She has also worked in management accounting and accounts payable. Theny migrated with her family from Bali, Indonesia, when she was six years old. She has been married to Brett for fourteen years. When she is not working part-time as a bookkeeper, she is a full-time mum to their toddler, Samuel.
Karl Faase (Ordinary Member)
Karl Faase is the Senior Pastor at Gymea Baptist Church in Sydney’s southern suburbs. Gymea Baptist is a multi-faceted church with a heart for reaching its community. Karl has been the senior pastor of Gymea for the past seven years. During that time the staff has grown to ten, as well as three support staff and several volunteer staff working in the office each week. Karl is also the Director of the Australian Arrow Leadership Development Program and the Director of the Christian Media Project. During 2003 Karl has been the host of the CTA "Face to Face" weekly television program shown nationally on channel 10.
Jeanene Ecob (Ordinary Member)
Jeanene is a counsellor at Southern Community Welfare and specialises in Child and Family Services. She has worked at SCW since 1996 whilst also overseeing Padstow Community Care. Jeanene brings a wealth of knowledge related to adolescent issues and family dynamics and has a vision for families to become all they can be - safe, connected, healthy environments for individuals to prosper in. Jeanene is married to Mark, with three children, Joel, Mikaela and Zachary.
Jason Ezzy (Ordinary Member)
Jason has been a primary teacher in public education for 15 years, working predominantly in local Shire schools, and is currently Assistant Principal. Jason has a passion for student welfare, ensuring that the needs of all students are met and that students are provided a safe and happy environment where they can work towards reaching their full potential. Jason has worked closely with welfare agencies, both government and private sector, to negotiate support for students in need. He has been married for thirteen years, and has four beautiful young children.
