Life coaching sessions provide you with the opportunity to discover your passions, identify your core values, set inspiring goals and develop a clear sense of direction in your life.
We use a range of tools to assist our clients including Positive Psychology, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Appointments:
Life coaching appointments are 60 minutes in length. The frequency and total length of time you engage in coaching can vary, depending on client’s individual needs.
Life Coaching sessions are facilitated by Registered Psychologist, Suzie Plush.
